Two things. From the free on-page dilution estimate: nothing leaves your browser unless you use the "email me this breakdown" box, in which case we receive your email address and the estimate inputs you saw (raise size, stage, SAFE overhang, and the computed figures). From the order form: your name, email, company, round, and the cap-table and instrument details you volunteer for the report (existing shares, new money, pre-money, pool target, and your SAFE/note terms). If you pay by card through our merchant-of-record checkout, the card data is handled by that processor and never touches our servers.
We do not add you to a marketing list from the order or lead-magnet forms, and we do not sell personal data.
We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: a form/email relay to receive submissions, an email provider to correspond with you, a merchant-of-record for paid orders, and our hosting/analytics platform (Vercel, including privacy-respecting Web Analytics that does not use cookies or track you across sites). Each processes only what it needs to do its job. Your cap-table figures are not shared beyond preparing your report.
We keep order materials for as long as needed to deliver and support your report, and delete on request. Email inha.journey@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data — deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
